Our Products
All journals, boxes and creative goods offered by Burns & Ink are thoughtfully designed, written and curated in the UK. Each produce description and image is provided in good faith to represent the item accurately, but as many products are handmade or seasonally varied, differences in colour, scent or design may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, subscription or service at any time without notice.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway and other listed methods at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct accidental errors at any time.
Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription (such as the Seasonal Journal Subscription), you agree to recurring payments at the stated interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your My Account section or by contacting us at hello@burnsandink.co.uk.
Cancellations take effect before the next billing date; once; once a renewal has been processed, that order will be fulfilled as normal.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from the UK. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but may vary due to postal delays or seasonal demand.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your order, but if there is a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@burnsandink.co.uk. For full details on returns, see out Refund Policy.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Personalised or perishable items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site - including text, images, designs, poetry, journal content, and logo - is the intellectual property of Burns & Ink and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
You may share excerpts for personal, non-commercial use provided Burns & Ink is clearly credited.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its operation.
We may suspend or restrict access without notice if your actions disrupt the site or breach these terms.
We aim to keep all information accurate and current, Burns & Ink accepts no liability for any typographical errors or technical issues.
