Orders are usually processed with 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Custom or personalised items may take a little longer - estimated dispatch times will be shown on each product page.
2. Delivery Methods & Cost

We currently ship to UK addresses via Royal Mail or a reputable courier.

Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Express or tracked delivery options may be available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

At this time we do not ship outside the UK.​
If your order includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking link once it has been dispatched.
5. Delays & Lost parcels
While we do our best to meet our delivery estimates, we're not responsible for delays caused by postal services, or unforeseen events (such as weather, manufacturing delays, etc.).
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@burnsandink.co.uk and we'll investigate.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't accept responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
